Avengers: The Kang Dynasty — The Full Story of the Alleged Early Draft

Avengers: Doomsday replaced Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, but many fans still want to know what the Kang movie might have looked like. The supplied account claims that a 1,168-page script was leaked and describes it as an early draft. This article retells that account in simple English, following the same order. The alleged script and its production claims have not been verified here.

Chapter 1: Kang Enters the Beyond Zone

  1. The story begins with Kang, the same version seen in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. At the end of that film, he was pulled into the multiversal power core. Now, he keeps falling through endless darkness that looks like deep space. There is nothing around him. He tries to grab something and screams, but his voice goes nowhere. He has no idea where he is.

  2. After some time, different worlds begin appearing around him. Some realities are being created, while others are being destroyed. In different universes, people are living completely different lives. Kang can see all of this, but he cannot interact with any of these realities.

  3. Eventually, he lands in a completely white, empty space called the Beyond Zone. Cracks cover this place, and each crack represents a separate reality. Kang has no idea how he arrived there or what this place actually is.

Chapter 2: The Council of Kangs and Loki’s Warning

  1. The story then moves to the Council of Kangs. Many Kang variants are taking part in a strange ritual.

They kneel while a priest version of Kang leads them. They all drink from a cup, and it is later revealed that the liquid is blood. Nearby, several X-shaped structures hold different versions of the X-Men captive,

including Professor Xavier, Magneto, Wolverine, Jean Grey, and others.

  1. The real power, however, sits inside the castle’s throne room. Immortus is on the throne, with Rama-Tut and the Centurion standing before him. These are three of the most powerful and dangerous Kang variants, but they are not equals. Rama-Tut clearly fears Immortus and follows his orders almost completely. The Centurion also follows Immortus, but he has beliefs of his own that he refuses to give up.

  2. Their current targets are two ancient objects: Ms. Marvel’s Quantum Bands and Shang-Chi’s Ten Rings. The Council has already conquered and destroyed countless universes. It has defeated many versions of the Fantastic Four, the Avengers, and the X-Men. However, to gain complete control of the multiverse, the Kangs need both objects.

  3. The Quantum Bands and the Ten Rings are sending mysterious signals across the multiverse. By following these signals, the Council discovers that both objects are on Earth-616.

  4. Meanwhile, Loki sits at the multiversal tree. He is exhausted as he holds the branching timelines in his hands and tries to keep them alive. In front of him, countless branches are burning and disappearing. Worried, he says, “No. We need more time.” The Marvel Studios logo then appears.

Chapter 3: Scott’s Nightmares and the Two Spider-Men

  1. The main story continues with Scott Lang, who is having strange nightmares about Kang and the events of Quantumania. He wakes up frightened and sees Sam Wilson, the new Captain America, on television. Scott thinks about calling him. They have not spoken in a long time, but he finally makes the call. It goes straight to voicemail.

  2. Scott then calls Happy Hogan. That call also goes to voicemail, but this time Scott leaves a message. He explains everything that happened in the Quantum Realm, who Kang is, how powerful he is, and why Scott feels that something terrible is coming. He asks Happy to contact as many superheroes as possible and take his warning seriously.

  3. Next, Peter Parker is shown in a laboratory with Miles Morales. This raises an obvious question: how is Miles already Spider-Man in the MCU? According to the supplied account, the original plan was for a different version of Spider-Man 4 to come out before The Kang Dynasty. Its post-credits scene would have introduced Miles, whose existence had already been teased in Spider-Man: Homecoming.

  4. In this version of the story, Peter and Miles are both Spider-Man, and they know each other’s secret identities. They protect New York together, but Peter is still struggling with the events of No Way Home. He deeply regrets losing Aunt May. He misses MJ and Ned and keeps checking their social media accounts. Miles understands that Peter is having a difficult time with his past and tries to comfort him. Eventually, they return to their work as Spider-Man.

Chapter 4: The Mystery of the Quantum Bands and Ten Rings

  1. Elsewhere, Kamala Khan is also having strange dreams, especially about her Quantum Bands. Like Scott, she sees disturbing visions and feels that both she and the bands are in serious danger. She contacts Captain Marvel.

At first, Carol thinks these may simply be ordinary dreams, but Kamala explains that she is seeing people she has never met and that the dreams feel extremely real.

  2. Carol finally takes her concern seriously, and they visit Wong. He uses magic to examine the Quantum Bands and discovers that they are sending signals across the multiverse. He becomes worried because he has seen a similar signal coming from another object. Wong also explains that the bands are far more than ordinary family heirlooms. They are extremely ancient. He advises Kamala to stop using them for now because each use could make their signal stronger.

  3. At the same time, Bruce Banner and Shang-Chi are studying the Ten Rings. Wong arrives and tells them about Kamala’s bands. After comparing the two objects, the heroes realize that the Quantum Bands and the Ten Rings are connected.

Chapter 5: Kang Faces His Past

  1. Back in the Beyond Zone, Kang has been walking for an unknown amount of time. He is completely exhausted when he hears a voice in the distance. He follows it and encounters a girl who looks around seven or eight years old. She asks, “Why didn’t you save us? Why did you let us die?”

  2. Confused, Kang tells her that she is not real and asks who she is. The girl replies, “Mother used to say my eyes were like yours.” Kang begins to cry. He asks whether he is dead. She simply answers, “Not yet.”

  3. Then Kang hears Ravonna’s voice calling him. Suddenly, several Kang variants appear and attack him. He begins fighting them.

Chapter 6: Doctor Strange Warns of War

  1. Meanwhile, Peter and Miles are swinging through the city when Miles notices a robbery nearby. Before Peter can say anything, Miles rushes to stop the robbers. Peter follows him. Moments like this continue building their relationship throughout the story.

  2. Doctor Strange and Clea then appear, badly injured and exhausted, as though they have been fighting for days. Strange calls Wong and warns him that a massive war is coming. Technically, their enemy is one man, but there are countless versions of him. Wong already knows about Kang and his variants, but he did not realize the threat was this large.

  3. Suddenly, Strange has another vision. Since gaining his third eye, he has been able to see events happening in other realities. He sees worlds dying, people being killed, and Kang variants spreading destruction everywhere. Then he sees two objects sending signals across the multiverse. When the vision ends, he tells Wong, “The Ten Rings and the Quantum Bands.” The connection suddenly becomes clear.

  4. At that moment, something strange begins happening in the sky. Clouds gather, and reality itself starts tearing apart.

Chapter 7: The Invasion of Earth-616

  1. In Wakanda, Shuri is showing new technology to Sam Wilson’s Avengers team. Rhodey, also known as War Machine, and several other heroes are with him. Sam still doubts whether he is ready to lead the Avengers. He wonders if the team could handle a true Avengers-level threat. Shuri tells him that he should look at the team differently. Whenever a major danger arrives, the available heroes come together and stand as one.

  2. Elsewhere, Clint Barton is heading to a supermarket when he notices a massive tear in the sky. A montage shows Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Shang-Chi, Ms. Marvel, Captain Marvel, Daredevil, the Punisher, Miles Morales, Moon Knight, and Thor all looking up.

  3. The crack in reality opens completely, and a massive spaceship emerges. Three holograms appear in the sky: Rama-Tut, the Centurion, and Immortus.

  4. Immortus addresses the people of Earth-616. He announces that their day of destruction has arrived. He says the Avengers interfered with time, and now time has come to interfere with them. They changed what was supposed to happen, and everyone else will pay the price. He blames the Avengers for the end of their world.

Chapter 8: Earth Falls to the Kangs

  1. The destruction begins immediately. Massive earthquakes bring down buildings. Fire rises from the ground, and cities begin collapsing.

  2. Pepper Potts, Happy Hogan, and Tony Stark’s teenage daughter, Morgan, are shown with a photograph of Tony. Pepper says, “No. Not like this.

This wasn’t supposed to happen like this.” Before they can understand what is happening or do anything, the ship passes over their area and destroys it. All three are killed.

  3. Their deaths show how serious the invasion is. Countless other families and several Avengers also die during the first wave of destruction. Within moments, the Council of Kangs has conquered Earth.

Chapter 9: The Survivors Gather in Wakanda

  1. After a short time jump, Wakanda has become the safest place left on the planet. Sam gathers the remaining heroes there. Star-Lord, Moon Knight, the Punisher, Daredevil, and almost every surviving hero are present. They are still trying to understand what happened. Peter searches for Miles, while Star-Lord reunites with the surviving Guardians of the Galaxy. Their reunion offers a rare warm moment in the middle of the chaos.

  2. Immortus remains aboard his ship. Rama-Tut and the Centurion have taken over a location in the United States and turned it into their castle. Other Kang variants surround them. However, tension is already growing between the two leaders. The Centurion believes Rama-Tut’s beliefs make him weak and will eventually cause his downfall. Rama-Tut remains completely loyal to Immortus.

3.In Wakanda, Thor, Doctor Strange, Peter, and Miles discuss the crisis. Strange says that he was present when the incursions began. According to his explanation in this story, the chain of events started with the Avengers’ time travel. Their journey into the past caused one incursion, which then triggered another and another.

Peter asks what an incursion is. Strange explains that removing or changing something in a universe can cause the space between realities to collapse. Eventually, planets and other objects in space begin pulling toward one another. They collide, and an entire reality can be destroyed.

Miles is frightened by this explanation. Peter says that he has already lost his parents, Uncle Ben, Tony Stark, Aunt May, and his friends. Now he may lose the whole world. Thor comforts him.

Chapter 10: The Avengers Form Three Teams

  1. Sam then gathers everyone, encourages them, and explains his plan. The Avengers will divide into three teams.

  2. The first team will attack Immortus’s ship. Sam will lead Captain Marvel, Hulk, Hulk’s son Skaar, She-Hulk, Wonder Man, Shuri, Ms. Marvel, Star-Lord, Rocket, Groot, and Falcon.

  3. The second team will fight Rama-Tut. Spider-Man will lead Miles Morales, Daredevil, the Punisher, Ant-Man, Hawkeye, Kate Bishop, Ironheart, War Machine, and Moon Knight, who has a particularly important role in this battle.

  4. The third team will handle the cosmic and magical side of the threat. Doctor Strange will lead Clea, Wong, America Chavez, Thor, Love, Valkyrie, Shang-Chi, Adam Warlock, and several other heroes.

Chapter 11: The Sentinels and the First Counterattack

  1. With their targets decided, the Avengers prepare to fight back. Sam’s team heads toward Immortus’s ship. Before they arrive, the world leaders gathered in Wakanda make a desperate suggestion to Nick Fury: activate the Sentinels.

  2. In this account, the Sentinels are powerful robots created to protect Earth. It claims that Fury had refused to use them during the events of Captain America: Brave New World because they could become dangerous themselves. Now, with Earth being destroyed, he has few choices left. He orders their deployment.

  3. The Sentinels reach Immortus’s ship before Sam’s team does. However, the heroes discover something terrifying. The ship can absorb all the energy and matter around it. As soon as the Sentinels touch it, they dissolve. Captain Marvel and Wonder Man attack the ship themselves, but neither can damage its shield.

Chapter 12: The Castle Battle and the Quantum Realm

  1. On the ground below, Spider-Man’s team reaches Rama-Tut’s castle. Doctor Strange’s team also breaks into the castle and encounters the Centurion.

  2. During the battle, Shang-Chi uses the Ten Rings. The Centurion recognizes them immediately and realizes that the object the Kangs have been searching for is right in front of him. He goes after Shang-Chi, but Strange opens a portal and sends Shang-Chi, Thor, and several other heroes through it. The Centurion follows them. This was part of the plan: distract him and draw him away from the castle.

  3. Meanwhile, Rama-Tut proves incredibly powerful. Almost every hero fighting him struggles, but Moon Knight refuses to back down. He challenges Rama-Tut directly and puts up a strong fight. Eventually, Rama-Tut gains the advantage and throws him far away.

  4. Strange takes his group into the dimension where the Book of Vishanti was located in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The Centurion follows. In this version of the story, he sees the Book of Vishanti there,

and his priorities immediately change. He realizes that possessing it could make him more powerful than Immortus.

  5. He stops chasing the heroes and moves toward the book. Strange shouts that they must stop him from reaching it. The heroes surround the Centurion and defeat his soldiers, but he is prepared. He presses a switch on his belt, opening a portal beneath them. They fall into the Quantum Realm, landing where Kang’s castle stood in Quantumania. The battle continues there.

Chapter 13: Star-Lord and Miles Make Their Final Sacrifices

  1. On Immortus’s ship, the Avengers are losing badly. Immortus has defeated almost everyone, and Sam falls before him. Immortus prepares to finish Captain America, but Star-Lord jumps in the way. The attack hits him directly, killing him instantly.

  2. Rocket and Groot charge at Immortus in anger, but he takes them down as well. Seeing this pushes Hulk and Skaar toward losing control. Bruce, who has been fighting as Professor Hulk, becomes overwhelmed by rage and turns into the full, furious Hulk. He charges at Immortus, but Immortus simply manipulates time and freezes him in place. Hulk cannot move.

  3. On the ground, Spider-Man fights Rama-Tut, who carries a powerful scepter. Peter gives him a surprisingly difficult fight. Eventually, Rama-Tut finds an opening and swings the weapon toward him. Before it hits Peter, Miles jumps in front of him. The scepter pierces Miles, killing him.

  4. Peter completely loses control when he sees Miles fall. During the same battle, it is also revealed that Hawkeye has died.

  5. Moon Knight returns, furious, and attacks Rama-Tut again. This time, their fight is much closer. Moon Knight tells him, “You are a false god.” However, Rama-Tut catches him off guard. After this, Moon Knight somehow returns to his normal human form.

Chapter 14: Shang-Chi Fights Back and Strange Is Trapped

  1. Meanwhile, Thor and Love fight the Centurion. He overpowers Love and throws her aside. Thor attacks in anger, but the Centurion throws him away too.

  2. Shang-Chi is badly injured and covered in blood, but he stands again and charges the Ten Rings. Earlier, the rings had been glowing red. Now, both blue and red energy flow through them. Shang-Chi attacks the Centurion, and the fight changes. This time, the Centurion genuinely struggles. He tries to take the rings, but Shang-Chi begins overpowering him.

  3. Clea tells Strange that they need to leave and take Shang-Chi with them. Strange understands that Shang-Chi will remain a target as long as the Ten Rings are there. He opens a portal, and the heroes begin escaping. However, the Centurion presses the switch on his belt and pulls Strange’s Sling Ring from his hand. The others escape, but Strange is trapped.

Chapter 15: Immortus Takes Both Quantum Bands

  1. Back on the ship, Immortus finally takes one of Ms. Marvel’s Quantum Bands. Even one band makes him dramatically more powerful.

  2. As the heroes head toward a portal to escape, Wonder Man stops Kamala. He asks her to give him the remaining band and says that he will fight until the end. Kamala trusts him and hands it over. Using the band’s power, Wonder Man charges straight at Immortus.

  3. A massive shock wave follows. When the energy and smoke clear, Wonder Man is dead, while Immortus is still standing. Immortus takes the second Quantum Band. With both bands in his possession, his entire appearance begins changing. His armor, clothing, and energy transform. Even the other Kang variants stare in shock. Immortus has reached a completely different level of power.

Chapter 16: The TVA’s Heroes and the Centurion’s Death

  1. Meanwhile, Strange chases the Centurion and manages to recover his Sling Ring, but the Centurion escapes. As Strange tries to leave, the Fantastic Four suddenly arrive. They take him directly to the TVA.

  2. Inside the TVA, another surprise awaits. Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man, Deadpool, Wolverine, and Nicolas Cage’s Ghost Rider are already there. Reed Richards tells Strange that they have a possible solution to the crisis.

  3. Back on Earth, the Centurion returns to Rama-Tut. Rama-Tut asks whether he brought the Ten Rings. He provokes the Centurion, and they begin arguing. Suddenly, Immortus arrives. His transformed appearance shocks the other variants, who immediately bow before him.

  4. Immortus approaches Rama-Tut, places a hand on his shoulder, and says, “No. You are not the weak one.” Energy from the Quantum Bands flows into Rama-Tut’s mind. Immortus takes control of him, and within seconds, Rama-Tut turns on the Centurion and kills him. The other Kangs dislike what has happened, but Immortus is now so powerful that none of them dares to oppose him.

Chapter 17: Kang’s Memories and the Rise of Beyonder Kang

  1. The story returns to the original Kang in the Beyond Zone. His variants are still attacking him and calling him weak. They tell him, “You are weak. You are not one of us.” Eventually, Kang stops fighting and simply sits down.

  2. He begins remembering his former life. In a flashback, he walks through a beautiful field of flowers with his pregnant wife, Ravonna. His castle and throne room stand in the distance. Ravonna asks him not to return to the throne.

  3. Kang tells her that if he does not sit on it, his variants will come and destroy everything. Ravonna simply replies, “Then we will build it again.” Kang wants the same peaceful life she does, but he cannot let go of the throne. He leaves her and returns to it.

  4. In another memory, Kang stands among defeated Avengers. He holds Iron Man’s skull in his hand and crushes it. He then remembers returning to the same field of flowers. This time, nothing is left. Everything has been destroyed and burned to ashes.

  5. Suddenly, the Beyond Zone begins shaking, pulling Kang out of his memories. He takes Ravonna’s necklace from inside his clothes, and something changes within him. The variants that were insulting him fall silent. Then, one by one, they begin chanting his name: “Kang. Kang. Kang.”

  6. Kang returns to the place where he could see different realities and memories. He begins absorbing them. He takes in realities, memories, and even other Kang variants. His armor rebuilds itself around his body. His appearance changes, and his power keeps growing. He is no longer the Kang the Conqueror seen in Quantumania. He has become Beyonder Kang.

Chapter 18: The Avengers’ Last Stand

  1. On Earth, the surviving Avengers are hiding inside an Avengers bunker. Spider-Man, the Punisher, Daredevil, Thor, Love, Captain America, and the others are facing an almost hopeless situation.

  2. Immortus arrives outside the bunker and challenges them. Sam walks out, throws his shield at him, and the Avengers attack once again.

  3. During the fight, Ms. Marvel is badly injured. Peter rushes to save her, but Immortus’s next attack severely injures him too. Peter and Kamala lie wounded, unable to continue fighting.

  4. Doctor Strange then arrives with the Fantastic Four aboard their ship. They quickly bring the surviving Avengers on board, including Peter and Kamala, and begin leaving the battlefield. Before Immortus can respond, another figure arrives: Beyonder Kang.

Chapter 19: Beyonder Kang Against Immortus

  1. Kang finds the injured Shang-Chi and takes the Ten Rings from him. The true final battle begins between Beyonder Kang and Immortus.

  2. They are so powerful that their fight tears through realities and timelines. One moment they are in one universe, and the next they are somewhere completely different. The sequence resembles the reality-jumping scene in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

  3. Eventually, their battle reaches the multiversal tree, where Loki is still struggling to hold the timelines together. Kang and Immortus are causing even more damage, so Loki uses his power to try to separate them.

  4. Immortus realizes that Loki is interfering and tries to take his power. However, Beyonder Kang acts first. Using his control over time, Kang begins absorbing Loki’s power. Once he has taken enough, he throws Loki aside.

  5. For a brief moment, it seems as though Kang might be moving toward redemption. That hope quickly disappears. He takes control of the timeline branches, wraps them around Immortus, and tears him apart.

Chapter 20: The Creation of Battleworld

  1. Kang now has both Kamala’s Quantum Bands and Shang-Chi’s Ten Rings. He uses their combined power to try to repair the timelines. However, after examining the condition of the multiverse, he realizes that it is too late. The damage is so great that restoring everything exactly as it was is impossible.

  2. Then he remembers Ravonna’s words: if everything is destroyed, they can build it again. Kang finally understands what he must do.

  3. Instead of restoring the old multiverse, he begins connecting the threads of every surviving timeline. Different realities merge, and through this process, Kang creates Battleworld.

  4. The surviving heroes look down as completely different worlds become part of one reality. Stark Tower stands near the Xavier Mansion. Technology from another world appears near the Eiffel Tower. Different cities, planets, civilizations, and realities are stitched together into a single massive world.

  5. After creating Battleworld, Kang recreates one final thing from a reality: the flower field where he once walked with Ravonna. She is waiting for him there. Having created a single timeline, he approaches her, kisses her, and says, “I love you. Always and always.”

  6. This is where the account of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty ends. The old worlds have been destroyed. Several major superheroes have survived, but many others have died. The survivors now exist within a newly created world.
